This FAQ brings together the most common questions from our professional clients, covering stone selection, custom fabrication, quality control, shipping, and long-term care.
Material & Design
1. What types of natural stones do you offer?
We supply a wide range of premium natural stones, including marble, limestone, travertine, granite, quartzite, and onyx, suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
2. Are the stones suitable for high-traffic or outdoor use?
Many of our stones are suitable for heavy-use or outdoor climates. We can recommend materials based on your project’s specific requirements.
3. Do you offer custom sizes, shapes, or finishes?
Absolutely. We can fabricate custom dimensions, special edge profiles, fluted textures, waterjet designs, and various finishes including honed, polished, leathered, and sandblasted.
Production & Quality
4. Can you provide bookmatching or vein-matching?
Yes. Our production team can carefully select and arrange slabs to achieve seamless vein continuity for feature walls, flooring, or countertops.
5. What is your lead time for large projects?
Lead times vary from 4 to 8 weeks depending on material availability, order volume, and customization requirements.
6. How do you ensure color and pattern consistency?
We select slabs from the same quarry batch, provide samples, and share high-resolution slab photos and videos for approval before cutting, ensuring visual harmony across the entire project.
Logistics & Maintenance
7. How is the stone packaged for export?
All stone is packed in fumigated wooden crates with reinforced supports and protective film to prevent breakage during transport.
8. Do you arrange shipping and customs clearance?
We can handle FOB, CIF, or DDP shipping terms, and assist with customs documentation for smooth international delivery.
9. What sealing or maintenance is required?
We recommend sealing most natural stones before use and re-sealing periodically. Our team can advise on suitable sealers and cleaning methods.
